the spa was excellent! the staff very polite and friendly. the food is excellent too.

from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons

however, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep

the views exceptional, the spa reasonably priced for services offered work out area is clean great equipment,

spa offered massages of 50, 80, and 100 minutes

the spa services and customer service was lacking

to pay for wifi, like why

stayed with my wife and two kids, close to the market, felt safe and secure even in the heart of downtown

only to have to walk up a busy dangerous ramp with our luggage and kids for parking

if we were staying longer the kitchenette area would be great, but we only stayed one night

there were add ons for everything. wifi, parking, and the bartender at the fog was terrible.
