24 hour pool/spa was awesome

i loved that the sauna, spa and pool were open 24 hours because i got back late and was still able to utilize

front des gave me a card with qr code to let me know where the spa was but i couldn't decipher it and still

got charged for extra amenities like the gym or sauna that i did not use and i felt like there were hidden fees

stayed with my wife and two kids, close to the market, felt safe and secure even in the heart of downtown

great location , great rooms , wonderful gym and steam room .

i also brought my kids and was planning on being there for 5 days so i asked them for a microwave which there

wifi fees considering the daily rate of the room.

the views exceptional, the spa reasonably priced for services offered work out area is clean great equipment,

i loved our room, our bathroom, and the spa area

spa offered massages of 50, 80, and 100 minutes

no pool, spa is overpriced, internet was slow

from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons

small swimming pool, the spa close at 8pm

however, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep

the spa was excellent! the staff very polite and friendly. the food is excellent too.
