spa and workout facility was amazing

we did not take advantage of the gym, spa or other amenities

my 13 and 8 year old kids felt like royalty

room service meals were very good

gym was closed

room where spacious, bathroom had both tub and shower

paying for wifi and to use the gym for a 400 dollar room

dat i had to call room service to get a slipper

and you don't have coffee and tea makers inside the room and when we asked for 2 tea bags room service wanted

spa area needs an updating

they advertised having spa services but they didn t have any.

pool and spa are dated and not that appealing

is to blame for the miscommunication, however i specifically used the filter to find hotels with spa tub in room

we enjoy the size of the room and the spa inspired bathroom. also the bed is very comfortable.

had a spa appointment nearby so that was convenient

spa and pool area is not reflective of a 5-star hotel

only downside is the spa is not up to scratch for the fairmont brand

breakfast was good at juniper restaurant but took a bit long to get our order

room service was prompt and still hot
