loved the pool and poolside attention from the staff

everything you need for a pleasant stay, like the comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, aircon, wifi connection

worst wifi i've had in 3 months of hostals in colombia.

the staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast, while basic, was a good start to the day

the breakfast has good choices and they even catered vegan food for me

a few days visiting santa fe de antioquia, located just outside the main plaza; they have a great pool as well

shower head needs to be replaced some of the pool lounge chairs uncomfortable

fantastic pool, reasonably priced spa services, and very helpful staff

we also went to the spa for a 30 minutes massage that was fantastic

the pool area is stunning with other great amenities - spa (massages), steam room, ping pong table, pool tables

not much really, there was a guy outside on the road with 3 mules taking kids for rides around the block, we

no wifi working in room and not one english news channel > fair rating

pool, the cocktails, the beautiful comfy rooms, the service, walking distance to the main plaza,

enjoyed the area with the dartboard and pool table

the pool was fabulous and super clean

hanging by the pool was relaxing

very nice place, great pool, good breakfast nice rooms

the two pools got a big crowded but that it is easy to sort out

breakfast needs to be improved. no fruit, bad coffee.

the pool is packed with people so we didn t go in, because we don t like swimming around people

the facilities are exceptional. pool is clean

not a great selection at breakfast with no fruit given to the children

new facilities and the pool were very good. the staff is amazing!!! very friendly and helpful.

receptionist area is located next to the bar and pool, next to areas of social gathering

disappointed with that situation and i didn t have a good explanation from the manager , the pool nice and
