lack of wifi but also appreciate the opportunity and intention to stay offline and be present

our kids (teenagers) loved the family style dinners meeting other travellers

felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal

lots of daily social activities (some paid, some free), the vibes are super chill, there s a laundry service

as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate

also there are spa treatments like sauna, massages, hot tubs and swimming stops

served us room service dinner even though we got there late and the kitchen was almost ready to close

breakfast included the food served in the restaurant is quite bad no room service the beds are extremely

wifi is a bit slow in the rooms

be more well serviced in terms of having some staff come check up on you frequently, service your bar orders

stayed for 4 nights in one of the domes which look beautiful in the pictures and are nice and spacious inside

views, lovely staff, great spa massages and treatments, friendly atmosphere and mostly quiet and

spa was not 100% functional and sometimes food would take too much time to arive

the pool could use an update. it wasn t very inviting to swim in.

also, our room was next to the restaurant kitchen and next door to another bar that had music

place is very nice, the pool is very good and refreshing and it is very close to nice area of the atitlan

there was no restaurant or pool

a massage at the front desk they were calling me back, never heard anything from them, asked for pool service,

the kids enjoyed the pool

pool too cold to use, restaurant staff inattentive.

wifi in the bedrooms didn t work while we were there so it was inconvenient to have to walk down
