spa closed in afternoon

been to ronda many times we decided to stay in the hotel catalonia reina victoria wellness & spa

lovely staff, fab food and the spa was great

had free use of the spa and made use of the very nice pool

we used the spa for massages which were fabulous (estefina in the spa was brilliant) we had dinner in the hotel

spa also does not have changing rooms on the ground floor (you have to take stairs to get to them)

the spa is incredible, sushi restaurant is great and staff greet you by name

the spa is one the best i have ever experienced in my life

indoor pool in the spa smells not very well

the spa facilities were great and we enjoyed our massages

the spa was not open on sunday

royal rooms, king size very comfy bed, spa bath was lovely, perfect shower, good safe, clean towels etc

there were some drunk britishmen around - you need to book spa in advance - parking not included with price (i

to most of pool area cordoned off due to works, spa closed and hardly any tv channels in operation

& that the steam room ect was not on ( possible seasonal ) & i thought it was to be classed as a spa type hotel

most recently, i tried out their new spa and was immensely impressed with their healing bed

amazing decoration i love the big shower making u feel like spa super clean

headed to bed ready to use all the facilities for the weekend ahead - we were told that the spa was being

at reception, in the restaurant, in the spa - everyone is so attentive and friendly

loved the spa treatments too

the price per night is outrageous when you review the spa and the tiles around the pool and even the style of

the other spa wasn't working

however it did make getting to the gym and spa area more difficult and i could hear the work whilst i had my

spa is too small, no room service after 11

spa availability for guests which in a 5 star hotel is unacceptable

the spa is quiet small and all treatments have to reserved in advance

superb and very clean facilities, nice variety of restaurants, lovely breakfast, really nice spa experience,

is a bit confusing inside the puente romano complex with multiple pools spas restaurants and can be better marked

fact that the spa its not free of charge, and that you need to pay extra 60 euros to use the inside pool and

spa center s facilites were a bit old like + i don t know why they charge it extra and daily,

everything was perfect, except the thing i wrote about the spa center.

sauna/spa area was nice but except for the beautiful pool nothing special

flight so they happily allowed plus to come back & ptovidrdtowels for us to shower down in the spa which was

extra bed not too comfy and needed plumper pillows, although spa facilities again shower rooms need

highly recommend this hotel very clean all staff were lovely charo the lady who works in spa is excellent with

very good facilities especially pool and spa area

the rooms are lovely, nice big size with a lovely balcony and the pool and spa is fab too and everything is

location, quiet, big supermarket within 100m, helpful staff, nice cafes and restaurant on site, a spa facility

do not expect a sun-bed until later afternoon and the spa is only by appointment, you cannot just walk in to
