spa is a disaster, shower in the room also

the hotel also had a nice spa area with hot tub and steam showers

the facilities are good - i used the gym and the spa is good

slightly noisy at night from hotel bar music or road alongside even though we were on third floor

there was no room service to clean our room for 2 days

the spa is awesome

a delux room thinking the spa was included but apparently the spa access is only included with delux rooms with

spa rooms were not active when we went in
