breakfast and late afternoon snacks on the concierge floor were very good

gold level offered a private breakfast, drinks and snacks

they offered an area for adults only pool area

had an amazing room that overlooked the pool and ocean

we stayed on the gold floor, which made our stay very comfortable - it includes breakfast, a cocktail hour

upon check out we were informed that we could have gotten a discount at the restaurants and spa because we are

great decor, great pool, restaurants, spa and the best beach especially for families

the spa and personnel were wonderful

great location and facilities. great concierge services. spa treatment was high quality

spa attendance will you make your appointments was rude. not all about helping

everything! so so nice and clean and the pool and beach are amazing!

didn't like how dirty the pool was, but then again it was very windy

activity pool needed to be skimmed. it was not clean.

kona coffee wasn t complimentary and the breakfast menu was very expensive-especially when they are charging

thought the the food at the pool bar restaurant was pretty bad compared to our past visits (pre-westin)

2 pools and the ocean were just awesome places to swim and do activities

ikena landing and room service food isn t all that great

the staff was so friendly and the property was clean and had a great beach and adult pool
