the had a spa that looked appealing

were horrible, had about 6 families treating it like an apt complex, clothes hanging outside, kids running around

the room service meal was very poor in my opinion

there were room service menus in the room but the restaurant hasn t offered room service for over two years

no pool or breakfast

room has it's own spa bath

bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious with nice spa tub, balcony excellent addition to look out at pool

spa bath jets are on the bottom only creating a lot of splashing which can get messy

corner room with spa and balcony was fantastic. bed super comfortable

luxurious sheets that make it hard to get up in the morning, and the plush towels feel like a spa treat

the laundry is tiny and in a different place

facilities to guests; good coffee machine, self adjust ac, spacious bathroom, nice breakfast, nice gym

wifi does not work more than 5 minutes at a time ...

the shower was great and wifi worked well

went to honey salt for lunch and breakfast, and tried the viktor restaurant one evening for dinner

loved my room that was so close to the pool, spa area, hot tub, and had a walkout terrace

spa water is way too hot, pool water is a bit cold for the wether in april

love to have a spa at this location for treatments, but it wasn't too far to walk down the street to fairmont

the pool & spa looked great but filled with kids the couple of times i went to swim.

the rooms were impressively spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained it s rare to find this level

everything pool spa area location best city hotel i ve stayed in

i appreciated having access to the full gym and lap pool

also pool and fitness area are top of the line

the gym and pool area are truly wonderful and the reality exceeds the pictures provided by the

pool and spa were appreciated by the kids

spa was good but small, the pool was outdoors, the sauna was small and its location was very tiny

i definitely recommend a visit to the spa, and if you're looking for couple's treatment or something similar,

the pedicure area in the spa was not appealing at all, it looked like just a cheap pedicure place

checkout, spa services was great, beautiful hotel and clean room

and we used the spa which we really enjoyed

also the spa was non-operational and would have been good to have on the colder nights

we loved the location and the kids loved the pool.

pool and hot tub was a great experience and more importantly, felt very safe with the covid

looked at spa prices and breakfast prices and decided to go else where

the spa lounge was a lovely place to chill before we headed to the airport
