staff were friendly and extremely helpful, pool area was excellent, room opened onto a patio and spa ious gardens

was what we expected and more unfortunately spa facilities were fully booked but that s our fault for not

we did change rooms due to noisy location straight across from the spa and the room felt unfinished

only thing was the spa hot tub wasn't working but that's just something that can't be helped.

i understand this is primarily a spa facility and this would be purely my own personal preference
