from arranging tours and spa treatments before we arrived to greeting us on arrival and all the service throughout

gardens with the lake filled with terrapins and fish, and exotic birdlife, and the collection of pools to sit

wifi was strong

the wifi was flakey

additional services were from high level: good food at the restaurant, great massages and perfect laundry services

spa was not open (staff on vacation).

spa on site for a massage which is a definite luxury in somewhere so remote

the spa services were good but the service rooms need softer lighting and a nicer ambiance

setting in lovely gardens and location. spa and swimming pool a big bonus. great value

it offers a swimming pool, spa service and a good restaurant

there are other reviews complaining about the food, pool and staffs, but i did not find any issues

the pool is so picturesque, and this year there were baby monkeys playing in the trees near the pool

the laundry service was the greatest impudence

food and service was excellent, the pool was wonderful. the villas were amazing !!
