the hotel and spa were brilliant, will definitely go back

the spa facilities are excellent- especially loved the hydrotherapy pool which extends to outside

everything staff ..food..room..and spa amazing

big bedrooms comfy beds gorgeous views to sit and relax. the spa and leisure suit is excellent.

we used the spa which only has a pool and sauna room a steam room would be a great addition but either was

donnie on the concierge team was really helpful moving our car in and out of the car park spa was a lovely

spa feels slightly tired and had to be booked in advance even for swimming

especially the spa staff who actually gave our baby boy a fairmont teddy which he loves and stays in his cot

spa is small but nice addition, it may be crowded during the high season

staff were exceptional, the dining in the dungeon experience along with the spa was outstanding

floors is hard to get hot water running (at least in november), however you can always use the spa facilities
