advertised spa but it was sauna/steam room for extra 15

wifi didn t function

nice room, comfy bed. good location in the city. decent little gym

sauna and steam room in the gym area but did not seem in use.

no bar. there are bars nearby but no bar at the hotel

thought there was a spa but they only offered a small swimming pool and small terrace with only 3 lounge chairs

but 3 staff on reception only 1 on bar restaurant and room service not

personal at the bar ( lady) was unfriendly and not speaking english

also everytime you need to login to the wifi even if you have a room for 10 nights

comfy bed pillows, friendly staff, warm and cosy room, excellent spa facilities.

the spa to be open more frequent, but maybe because it was february

the spa in the hotel was very good, the only downside being it didn t open until 6pm

the spa was small but good

of minors - have to use own towels from your room for the spa so not fresh for later use

we keep going back each year the spa complex is great

you for everything, quiet number , friendly staff , spa is perfect

we got a free access to spa instead of a main inside pool, which was on maintenance..

when we checked out we were still allowed to use the spa for the whole day. very peaceful.

lovely spacious room and spa fabulous . massage fabulous . breakfast staff and food brilliant

loved the fitness facility with spa and sauna. parking facility was outdoors but very good.

spa is wondeful, staff is very efficient, the bed is super comfy, the position is perfect

were given a double room with an adjoining lounge, both were very spacious and comfortable

a lot of extra services were offered such as spa and beauty treatments

stayed here before , expected spa facility ( i had not read small print when booking that spa is out of action
