spa was non-functional parking hard to get due to nearby event hall.

pool was ok but overrun with kids, so we didn’t feel it was adult friendly

nice hotel comfy beds..rooms nicely set love the little kitchenette

beautiful pool and sauna

st louis bar and grill was a short walk down the street

large room spa pools great

a lar carte breakfast was good

everything except the noise of the train link and the party of kids next door at 1 am

location, helpfulness of staff,availability of services,acceptance of pets,

great for an overnight layover at airport. very comfortable bed and room; excellent room service

on website shown the spa tub was not combined in the bathroom was not to happy about that

i liked the spa tub. it was relaxing

the spa tub, which i paid extra for, did not work, otherwise the room was perfect.

proximity to airport, late check out and shuttle

to the airport with free shuttle bus so could get the train to downtown toronto easily

bed was very comfortable. spa was very good. well worth the price.

and informative staff, free shuttle to airport, nice and clean rooms, swimming and spa

also, providing robes and slippers would make the experience of using the pool / spa much more comfortable as

the lack of towels. no towels in room on 2nd day. no towels available in pool/spa area

loved that there was a pool / spa for customers to use, very much appreciated after a long day of travelling
