from the greeters and valet to the relaxing spa and housekeeping was spectacular

we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and booked a couple s massage in their spa

staff at check-in and the spa were exceptional!

really liked how the palms hotel & spa blends a relaxing tropical atmosphere with a sense of refined comfort

the spa is great to relax and the location on the beach with beach club is superb

the spa and there was amazing and also and there was a place for oxygen treatment and heath

didn t like that the spa amenities were not included for guests, but were included for nobu hotel guests

i was trying to enjoy the spa after a great massage the fire alarm went off, it kind of ruined the relaxation

staff was very friendly and extremely professional from the concierge to spa personnel to security to beach

old staff doesnt speak english, breakfast buffet not included but not specified , using the spa was 120$ per

martin at the pool bar and erica on the beach provided exceptional service

the staff is great the location is perfect, we did not use all of the outdoor pool and spa facilities due to

the spa mainly but evrything was great.
