spa area was not up to the mark. shower by the pool was broken.

we went to ottawa to enjoy the nordik spa in chelsea which was a pleasant 20 minute drive

hot tub / spa not operational

whole package, the hotel is central the beds very comfortably the swimming pool was amazing for the grandson's

we enjoyed the spa and the outdoor pool and the view was just stunning

everything was great! the staff was amazing! the spa was very satisfying.

temperature of the pool and the spa was not warm enough

location is excellent and the free parking was an excellent perk

cavil is food service at the pool is reeeeeally slow but they do warn you (kitchen is two floors away)

the gym is available 24 hours

food, gym, cleanliness, free parking

also that i'm there 3 nights and the wifi password stop after 11pm every

parking excellent
