jacuzzi and pool are not working yet, although it is working in other hotels (only sauna available now)

the gym is available 24 hours

they stop our access to the wifi one before our check out

room was clean and in proper order although you couldn't get any channel on the tv at all and wifi is not strong

renovations and sharing parking lot with other business.

everything was great! the staff was amazing! the spa was very satisfying.

we enjoyed the spa and the outdoor pool and the view was just stunning

temperature of the pool and the spa was not warm enough

the hotel had an inside walkway connected to the casino with a short classy stroll

snack bar opened passed 10pm

we went to ottawa to enjoy the nordik spa in chelsea which was a pleasant 20 minute drive

hot tub / spa not operational

spa area was not up to the mark. shower by the pool was broken.

the spa and pool are okey, not great

wifi included with the room wasn t very good
