the label of spa is misleading. there is only a dry sauna.

breakfast was great, room was nice and the staff was pleasant.

were hard as a rock, kids bedroom smelled like a ash tray, asked about swapping rooms was told no but they

staff was friendly and helpful, and the laundry facility was good

five star rating! has a spa and indoor pool plus something for everyone!

spa staff was rude and pushy and i got the most expensive horrible pedicure ever and not worth it

also my sister and i went to the bar on the first floor and guy our bartender was the most

we would also have paid extra for a kid free side of the hotel, as there were a lot of kids who were loud and

wished there was things for the kids to do

they also have a five star spa on location

had talked with staff long before booking asking for spa pamphlets

the spa service was good

complaint is you would think for the price of a suite / night, that that cost would include a spa package

the tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and

loved the spa and the beautiful courtyards and hidden nooks
