did not like that the hot tub and spa weren't working, staff looked at you with a disappointing face if you came

would have been nice if there had been better instructions in the spa as to how to operate it

gym area could be more developed and the hot tub spa would have been a bonus if it was open

front desk, housekeeping and room service staff were smiley and friendly, except a few at the front desk did

a more room for parking, sometimes l had to wait for a perking place.

i like the pool and gym. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the general ambience is clean.
