the spa was probably the best i have ever been to

we had a bali bungalow, and it was very spacious

bungalow is extremely beautiful and convenient for families ,comfortable beds , spa gym water park kids area

kids spa was excellent. some amenities weren't open as it was out of season but still good.

easy access to beach , golf, sports , spa , lot of activities, great village specially bali

the pool looks great and the spa but we hand not had the time to use them unfortunately

the spa area loved the hotel in general it's my second visit will definitely have to come in the summer

should be offered at least at the checking and also at the spa after treatments toiletries were not available

my spa treatment was very relaxing

the receptionist informed us that that was no problem and that we could use the spa changing rooms but

i really liked the massage and spa in the basement

excellent facilities. lovely spa which gave us a perfect base whilst waiting to go to airport.

location was okay and the rooms are comfortable clean and modern. the spa is fantastic too!

but it was nice with plenty of sun beds around it and a bar near by - it s nice that the spa area is free to

we loved the staff in the bar and the access to spa room and loveky room with bath

spa was little bit disappointment, water was cold and strange noise from steam saunas heating

staff at spa were quiet rude but these were not staff of hotel....

beds were comfy, room was spacious and loved having a balcony
