being a single mom with three kids the only thing of our whole trip that i was extremely looking forward to

lady at the reception told us she upgraded our reservation by giving us a junior suite with kitchenette, which

i liked the spa tub. it was relaxing

on website shown the spa tub was not combined in the bathroom was not to happy about that

the spa tub, which i paid extra for, did not work, otherwise the room was perfect.

free wifi worked well

the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was really good.

the laundry carts collected outside our door, were moved to the lift, they were replaced by more carts;

i flew too early to have breakfast, but had a delicious dinner with excellent service

we appreciated the friendly staff who allowed early check in and a later check out to meet our flight schedule

we had a connecting flight and didn't want to take a chance on cabs or shuttle service so we paid it

and informative staff, free shuttle to airport, nice and clean rooms, swimming and spa

spacious the room was, how well done the bathroom was, the gym, pool, spa and sauna were perfect

bed was very comfortable. spa was very good. well worth the price.

also, providing robes and slippers would make the experience of using the pool / spa much more comfortable as

loved that there was a pool / spa for customers to use, very much appreciated after a long day of travelling

description said there was a spa and sauna but could not find it

had room service for breakfast and i'm sorry, it was awful

we ordered room service and only after the food was ready did we get a phone call saying we have to come and

they opened the outdoor pool early for the kids to go swimming

carpets on first floor need to be upgraded, as well as counter sink heights
