had a king room with spa bath

room is listed as spa bath and the pictures shown displayed a jacuzzi tub

faucet to our spa was broken

spa tub was nice to have and fireplace

parking lot, pool, staff & breakfast

it s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although i was not able to enjoy that this time

gym seemed well-equipped although i did not use during my stay it due to illness

great location close to hollywood casino, since the casino does not have a hotel

shuttle bus was not running even though our morning welcome message said it would be

the hotel offers many amenities, including room service and a large wine selection

we went to the hollywood casino for crab leg buffet and there was no buffet

then when we got back to the hotel after being at the smoky casino, we were told there was no hot water

didn t like how there was no spa but your internet site said there was one

service excellent in the restaurant and delightful breakfast

cleanliness, staff friendliness, pool area.

the room we were in was old so could use some fresh paint etc, lobby and restaurant were good the gym was also
