the spa and pool facilities were top notch
spa the bedroom was so clean and the bed was so comfortable i have never felt a comfortable bed
i think the spa should have been separate and abit more privacy

resorting to use the stairs which took you through laundry stores into unpleasant back areas of the hotel
nothing i like all the things swimming pool gym all
had netflix etc on there but wouldn’t let us connect to them……would have been handy as had kids with us

location less tan 10 mins walk to city centre, gym facilities and spa no extra charge and they are very good
breakfast and spa and all the little touches fair trade products a d water in the fridge
spa facilities were included in the price which was a great surprise
