we had 2 young kids (8 & 11) and the pull out bed was just nice for them

the man in the hotel bar (didn t catch a name) was amazing
the buffet breakfast was exceptional and the bar and lounge area is spacious and comfortable
staff were friendly especially the bar maid with long dark hair (sorry i never remember names)

the pool, spa pool and sauna, room was very spacious and clean
spa a little bit outdated and sauna didn't work when i was staying in
