spa was pure luxury

i'll definitely be back for a spa day

food was fab, spa was beautiful staff very friendly

the pool and spa area are very clean and well maintained and again staff are lovely

spa was amazing, outdoor hot tub and thermal experience was fab

staff very helpful everywhere from reception to restaurant to bar staff and spa staff they went over and above

lovely girl in the spa gave me a glass of prosecco for my birthday, and gave a fab massage

the history of carton house and especially the spa facilities & beautiful grounds & golf course.

thoroughly enjoyed the spa and our massages as well as the archery the following day

cj in the spa did a fabulous massage and brian the dedicated concierge who is clearly very passionate about

also, the signage to the spa reception and restrooms from kathleen's kitchen could be a little clearer

only small fault we thought the south bar was in the hotel and the walk to spa was further than expected

we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities everything was ten out of ten

spa was a little walk from main hotel but not a big issue.

funny smell in the steam room in spa

the health spa facilities were closed but it was understandable due to the covid issues.

also we paid to go here to use the spa and it was all closed off but they never informed us of this before we

had a very relaxing break here, delicious food, fab staff, will definitely try the spa treatments next time
