pool was to small

comfortable bed. proximity to cleveland clinic. shuttle service.

wifi was hit or miss.

also, there is a pool but it is tiny and shallow which would be better for little kids rather than older ones

pool and spa were closed

room 'spa kit' was wonderful

shuttle got us to airport in plenty of time

they assigned us a room in the same hallway with some kids from a hockey team

the shuttle was super convenient
