staff were exceptional, bed super comfy, spa and gym were fabulous, food amazing. 10/10 stay

palace hotel is a stunning property the building, rooms, spa, and restaurant were all beautiful, and the

breakfast amazing, spa facilities fabulous too like an art gallery inside

our breakfast was in the cellar, the breakfast was served cold, we asked three times for hot tea, which

the gardens from our suite windows, delicious cocktails and food at the onsite restaurants, the late check out

- very good breakfast - room - bath - spa products in the bathroom

used the pool and spa which were lovely

did get a chance this time to use spa or pool as short visit

not pleasant and the spa was a rason for the choice of this hotel

one comment would be the bar has great views but seats and lighting don t make the most of the

the fact u has to leave the hotel to walk down in the rain to the pool.

everything from start to finish every member of staff from start to finish were exceptional, the spa was amazing

room was spacious, nice pool it is small but it suited us, also a jacuzzi, sauna & steam room which we love

spa was also really pleasant

we used the floatation therapy in the spa and would highly recommend anybody staying here to check it out

room, food, golf and spa were wonderful.
