was fun and enjoyed the waterslides, spa bath in the room was great, king bed was super comfy
a lot of time in it but was clean 7th floor room was excellent, the air tub was perfect after a spa day moe was
the king size spa rooms are always the best. lots of parking.
the spa bath was gross, brown chunky stuff came out of the jets.
i had a facial at the spa downstairs. it was a nice addition to our stay.

called 3 times for room service and no one answered at 9:00 am in the morning
way the waitress and cook accommodated us in the restaurant for my kids
the pub offered a lovely buffet for the game or a super bowl platter for room service
was rude, they lied to us about laundry telling us it was 24/7 and free when it wasn't
shower had a open nut which says donot touch, which was a little scary for kids
