the spa treatment in this hotel is amazing! plenty of dinning options as well

in every way: from the club level to the spa to the housekeeping

staff at the spa was absolutely amazing.

the staff was amazing the spa was wonderful the fireplace in the lobby was so nice and cozy

what really stood out to us was the breakfast and the hot apple cider in the lobby

eakfast, dinner) was very good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful

i think breakfast was way too expensive.

staff held a meeting during breakfast and there was nobody around to look after our needs

only downside is the spa is not up to scratch for the fairmont brand

spa and pool area is not reflective of a 5-star hotel

had a spa appointment nearby so that was convenient

prices,,, wifi not free also breakfast for the amount it cost it could be included

the pool/spa/gym was amazing
