no availability at spa for entire stay

the spa was heavenly.

spa facilities not great

the pool was closed

did not like the breakfast buffet, i felt it was overpriced

the spa and pool were stunning

the guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever

facilities and room information access via wifi only

a bit of long waiting time for the breakfast on weekends.

there are no dressing rooms in the pool area, so we had to wait around our room for hotel staff before making

there were never enough towels for the pool, and the spa staff was reluctant to provide towels.

the service is amazing and the spa was also great. we had a beautiful view of the water.

clean, friendly and helpful staff, room service was excellent, lovely view of the

indoor pool water temp was very warm.

only thing is that the bar seemed to close relatively early at 10 pm

the hotel gym and spa looks new as if it has been refurbished

great pillows.. great spa bath.
