only slight criticism was the room was a little small due to a spa bath with shower as well as a seperate shower

parking should be included. spa spouts did not work in spa pool

advised before going to spa that you needed swimming cap and when you bought one you could not charge to your

the indoor spa had a large indoor pool a surprise for a hotel and for the summer the outdoor pool looked

spa was an added bonus but a little bit small so it did not take too long to do a circuit

heating didn't work plus no sun on the balcony second room had great views also of benidorm the spa is better

we didn t have the opportunity to use the spa or the indoor pool, which was a pity as it looked amazing

spa is on a different level to the pools so you either have to change or walk around wet if moving

spa is for relaxing and having kids in the pool and everywhere did not help to relax

hotel facilities are amazing and the food at restaurant was of great quality, spa is also really

booked this place with the spa in mind, we had no notice from the hotel that the spa wasn't available when we

enjoyed a lot our stay in this spacious property with many facilities; the kid played a lot at the kidsdom, even

sofa bed uncomfortable and air con stuck on hot,lots of extras to pay for eg paddle tennis, spa which are
