i had the in room message because the spa was t completed yet ,but it was still relaxing

like everything there spa and pool a lot of activity and restaurant and the lake did you probably need

lobby, rooms and everything else, the spa is one of the best spas i have been to, and will definitely visit

fabulous pool and grounds, an amazing spa and all sorts of activities for children

the spa services - couples massage was wonderful

room service food was mediocre at best.

extra for kids, the hotel was like adult hotel

pool areas were unimpressive and the pool could be cleaner

i understand the room service crew has alot to do and they do have a checklist but noticing and checking even

house keeping was horrible each day we had to request room service

spa appointment. wanted a full hair style for $90. i looked like a bucket head

next time we are going to try the spa

also the spa service, while nice, too many hidden fees to simply just get my nails painted

the hotel facilities were amazing, good restaurants, bars, markets, laundry, spa & gym, pool

property is beautiful. pool amazing. staff over the top!

i wish they would've been more choices for a hot tub since there's more than one pool area

we wanted to go to the spa but massages were like $300 each, it would have been cheaper to take a limo to a

price also spa was more than 200usd for a basic massage
