lobby bar was insufficiently staffed, and the staff were rude (maybe because they were overworked)

the spa was exceptional event hough the hot tub wasn't working

atmosphere, the cookies and bourbon in the lobby for happy hour, the suspicious room, the lovely spa and

housekeeping was there at a moments notice and everyone from spa professionals to valet was accommodating and

restaurant and spa were both closed which we were not informed of until we arrived

lobby sitting areas are comfortable, the hot tub was very nice, the massages at the spa were excellent, gambit

are outdated, some rooms facing the highway, spa is also outdated, sauna and steam room are in the changing

the rooms are spacious and comfortable, valet staff was awesome and the spa is amazing

i m always irritated to have to pay a resort fee when we did not partake of any spa or pool facilities

the food at the restaurant is good, the hot tubs are great, the spa was amazing

the spa and the woman who worked at the front desk-was so helpful and made the whole stay great!
