steam room and the spa pool were both out of order and there didn't seem to be any intention to fix them during

not really a spa though is it - the jacuzzi was shut

water temperature in pool was too cold for comfort and spa was closed due to technical problems.

also wasn't told that we couldn't use the spa before 4pm

swimming and spa facilities were also good however sauna could do with getting turned up

the breakfast, although buffet style, was cold the bed was not comfortable the website states spa facility

spa pool and sauna not working a local gentleman told us not been working for a long time but

spa at activity centre was not working

we couldn't have a spa bath because they said it was closed for some reason

spa was more a leisure pool - sauna/steam rooms not always available.

the spa could benifit from an upgrade. not quite what i was expecting but still happy overall.
