was on the first floor which is weird because when i got a spa room before i was not on the first floor

much i had the room with the spa in it that was enjoyable

had to ask for extra towels since it was a spa king room

moved to this hotel after a stay in a filthy motel 6, mostly because it had a spa in the room but when we got

cleanliness, front staff and bar staff were great. the location very convenient.

parking was good

the bar is small but was fully stocked with my favourite wines

the wifi didnt work. the tv wasnt able to access netflix. the

just didn t have pool open i think it was under maintenance or something

bugs, how the spa look, how loud neighbors are

liked the layout and the spa tub was nice

kitchen sink faucet on the spa tub or the fact it was a hole patched on the inside of it took me 2 hours to fill

we killed at least 6 roaches some knobs on the spa tub were broken only hand soap was provided towels and sheets

staff all over from front desk to wait staff in eagles and elements to spa ladies were friendly and helpful

spa couples massage was excellent

spa services were lacking quality, eagle restaurant was having a bad night on our visit.

was allow early check in, check in smoothly in a timely manner, staff very pleasant, room very nice, beds

delicious fruit plate, sweet breads and omelets for breakfast, or gourmet waffles

the fresh made to breakfast was the best we have had in any venue, ever

the breakfast was amazing

exceptional washington room and main floor renovacation and elegance and wonderful breakfast

water was cold however that did not stop my son or the other kids there from playing in it

breakfast needed more options for kids.

beautiful grounds tennis spa golf and main hotel beautiful. spacious room but bathroom bit old.

the spa and swimming pool is off the property and needs at least 15 minutes to walk

wife called twice for pick up from spa

the other hotels on the site are more expensive but have restaurants, bars and spa facilities

we also were able to use the pool and spa at adjoining property which was

spa staff let the place down

pool is out of the building and not accessible to the guest when there is a group class is going on

the indoor pool needs to be updated. feels like a ymca but it is adequate for lap swimming.

the outside patio area and bar were great. the view of the golf course was great

this place is huge, beautiful gardens with massive trees, golf coarse right outside the back patio

also you had access to the main hotels spa and pools, best of all worlds

wish we'd had time to take advantage of the pool at the inn, a nice perk (although it's about 3-4 blocks distance

swimming pools at the williamsburg inn were great for kids and adults

enjoyed taking advantage of as many of the amenities as possible, including an afternoon at the pool

we liked the courtyard, european style room, spa tub, surrounding vineyards, wine available in the room,

the spa had to be pre-booked so, as we were only there for one night, we missed that too

i liked that it had a beautiful pool, and spa available

the massages were the best. our bed was really comfortable and we loved the deep spa tub.

full breakfast in the morning was excellent

the soaps and shampoos are from the spa at williamsburg and are devine

was no laundry facility on the property, and none of the vending machines were working properly

the location is superb. the shuttle bus to colonial williamsburg was perfect.
