spa services were overpriced for what they were

beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. lovely spa and excellent food in the restaurant.

but i didn t read the part the spa and hot tub was not available, but other than that was

however at the time of the booking it was not mentioned or mentioned clearly enough that the spa was shut

lovely relaxing place, great spa and my treatment by jade was amazing.

spa facilities were small but adequate

the garden rooms are exceptional, the spa treatments fantastic, and the breakfast sumptuous

spa is a little small , if you want a pool and a jacuzzi it isn t that sort of spa hotel

to find, quaint and tastefully furnished rooms, excellent options for breakfast and fabulous spa treatments

the spa was also full on day of arrival and the next day

and grounds were lovely, and the staff, particularly sherjot at reception, the restaurant staff, spa staff and

the swimming pool and spa area is great but in this time of covid, don't forget to book a time to go to the

amazing breakfast and the spa facilities were great too

loved the beautiful greenery , the spa massages and the spa itself and the staff were very friendly everywhere

grounds are beautiful with lots of private spaces to sit

lovely room, comfortable huge bed. breakfast was great. lovely spa area.

all i d recommend is book your spa treatments in advance as it gets busy

clean and staff were so lovely - spa was great but have to pay extra and at 97 a room i think this was a bit

lovely hotel. delicious dinners spa areas high standard. staff friendly and happy to help.

was a wonderful relaxing stay. the spa was exceptional

i'd expect the price point from a well-located spa hotel more than a small village inn

poor wifi connection in bedrooms

parking was a little trick depending on time of day

lovely property, sympathetically restored. great staff and great breakfast.

during my stay, decorators were painting the exterior and for some reason set up their coffee bar on the table

no shower - disconnected spa bath that takes a long time to fill and wastes water.

after 3 1/2 driving, but i could not enjoy one because my bathroom had a ridiculously large spa bath in it that

double spa bath was amazing and the general decor was nice

the wifi was terrible it was that weak i couldn't even get on it .

jill was very welcoming and the spa was lovely, lillie's and sunny are amazing

staff were really friendly and i had a really fanstastic massage in the spa where everyone was really lovely

the shop and restaurant on site were fabulous and the spa offered the most amazing massage

immediate response driving into middlewick cottages was wow as it is full of character, so clean, spacious and

breakfast was lovely room was amazing spa bath was lovely

had a problem with the spa bath which left us without hot water for a while which was a little upsetting for us

stayed in a suite with a spa bath and a funny balcony come sun room which was lovely

the spa bath in the suite was not working , but we wre offered a free drink to appologise

bed was squeeky spa bath didn't work very well

the spa was first class and the staff were very freindly

great location and loved the spa amazing food

only small point of note was the water temperatures in the spa - too warm in the pool and cold in the jacuzzi

the room upgrade was beautiful, the spa and treatments were fantastic

i loved the spa for its peaceful vibe and how relaxing everything felt

photos not a true representation of how it actually looks plus the so called hot tub is a lazy spa which wasn

steps down to the bottom bar after a few were tricky but there is a bar on the main floor just in

all the meals from breakfast to dinner and bar menu were also excellent

breakfast and dinner was great food service cleanlines

spacious room overlooked the area where laundry dries in the backyard
