pool wasn t open but we knew that was an possibility for it being later in the year

airplane noises, lots of kids tuning up and down the hall below us late into the night

no wifi in a.m.

had to pay for breakfast and bathroom didn't have a door. i really didn't like that

we had room next to the family with kids and you could hear them yelling and crying at night

spa would have eased my body aches if it was hotter ud83dude0a but it was warm so it was okay

being the guest of the week didn t feel very special at all i really had my hopes up for a nice spa bath just

spa didn't bubble for a good back massage

indoor pool was very extremely cold, and the spa pool was extremely hot

my only complaint is that the indoor spa was very warm. heater possibly broken.

due to covid 19 the kitchen was closed but the staff was very accommodating with restaurant delivery options

not a breakfast person

kids running through hallways all night long

pool was great and the drinks at the bar were tasty

staff was friendly. kids enjoyed indoor pool. rooms are nice and clean.

the lobby restaurant and bar give the appearance of luxury and comfort the actual rooms and hallways leading to

we ordered room service in the evening which was good but over priced

gym - the tvs on the treadmills do not work properly specifically the channels and the volume

pool could have been better maintained

pool is not too clean, just coffee and juice for breakfast, old furniture

we had parking right in front of our door

the downstairs bar and restaurant.

i was here for the therap conference so i experienced the check in staff, the bar staff, food service,

didn t like the fact that they didn t have any towels for us wen went out too the pool area

i end up just staying in the room with my mother and kids

was on vacay so a little bummed about the pool not being operational, but would stay again as the price was

we got in the elevator to go to our room it smelled like weed i had my three kids with me ud83eudd26

parking lot was full

he also brought us some snacks to help with the upset kids

the pool was closed the spa tubs could be used

the bed and spa tub was excellent

the bed was nice and comfortable, i enjoyed the spa as well. the breakfast was very delicious.

pool was clean and the spa was great

the room was very comfortable, great nights sleep and loved the spa tub

room didn t have a spa tub as advertised on booking

and paid for a spa bath king suite

they also no longer have spa tubs and advertise as if they do

i didn t like that i was charged for parking but it s okay.

i also liked that there was a laundry room right on the same floor

everything breakfast could be a little better

there was not laundry facility at the hotel. the room was a little small.

room was very nice and comfortable, loved the spa tub, enjoyed it

only thing i didn't like was that the spa tub was still a little dirty, so i had to clean it out before we could

the the spa tub was too small as was the room for the price

the price & it was sold out on the spa bath

i loved the spa tub, and the hotel is in a great area. oh, and also, the environment was nice.

pet friendly, even though i didn't bring a pet

loved the cleanliness as it is a pet friendly hotel! staff was excellent!
