the staff were amazing and we loved the spa and the facilities on site

around as its so big doesnt seem to be an easy way to exit from the spa to the reception, but this is a minor

beautiful grounds and wonderful service the spa was fantastic

we had access to the leisure pool with jacuzzi and spa for no extra costs

place to stay, very comfortable and excellent value for money, wish i had the chance to use the spa facilities

pool and spa facilities difficult to find (bit of a maze), for a 4* expected more variety with breakfast,

lovely staff members, enjoyed the spa and gluten and the most comfy beds ever.

we proceeded to make our way to the bar and while ordering our drinks our eldest son suffered an epileptic

bed is excellent, the dinner was good and the room service was good too

staff were brilliant dealt with any issues immediately and they kept their bar open an extra hour when we all

plenty of space for kids to run around

as we have a 3 year old with us we did not stay and paid for room service instead

modern, clean, wellness / spa access added bonus

rooms are not soundproof and there is no room service though it's advertised

wifi extreemly slow unable to stream, no regular tv channels only thing i could find was someones

my husband and two kids were in the same room and had a bed

also if you are looking for a pet friendly reservation this one was bit overpriced

reception person asked if we can keep the music down and we wasn't even playing music we had a kids program on

spa closed 3 years ago but still advertised on some website but not their fault

really big room and clean, the spa was a relaxing treat too.

at lancaster hotel & spa and was very pleased on price ( 40 per room per night), the double bed was very comfy

very tight driveway to parking behind hotel and when around the back, especially for bigger cars

free parking, early check in was possible

late check out accommodated as well as an early arrival - staff permitted us to drop the bag and

our room was cleaned every single day, the room service ladies were kind and helpful
