pillows too big, trouble getting the tub stopper to seal, to take a bath in the spa tub

the hot tub and the pool facility are very nice as well

parking lot could have been cleaned better but fully understand as it was winter and not all lots

had a king spa with a pullout couch

location and price were convenient for us and we appreciated the property/room being pet friendly

the laundry was setup

was charged exorbitant pet fees for a very dirty room to charge that kind of pet fee and they re obviously

the internet was virtually unusable, despite having several wifi networks available to log into

excellent breakfast. deep steps make climbing stairs easy and safe.

breakfast was great and plentiful and for the most part our stay there was comfortable

the spa bath was super nice

parking lot looks like a few land minds went off

no elevator (2 floors), humid in hall, parking lot will be resurfaced

the pool was cold, but the kids still played. the breakfast was a box of cereal and a few eggs

pool could have opened earlier in the morning.

everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast choices was great

loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub

comfortable bed, spacious room, good parking.

we loved our room with a spa tub and an outside balcony for sitting in the sun

the spa water monday morning so it was colder than the pool

pool smell on the lobby

the pool was warm!!

there pool temp was comfortable and the hot tub was hot, which isn t always the case in other hotels
