wifi didnt work staff rude expensive at 70 euro for what you got

trip was during the covid crisis so the pool was not open but we appreciate why

the pool area on the roof and terraces were so welcome, as was the honesty bar which had everything g from

for the less infirm no tea or coffee making facility in the room, no fridge in room, honesty bar expensive, we

looked good for continental, staff very helpful and facilities all that one would need, honesty bar a little

although advertised there was no cafetaria and the spa was not available

was supposed to be free wifi

the reception said there was an issue with the wifi and it was not working for the 2 nights that we stayed

enrique and the bar staff were wonderful with children loved the entertainer belle and her aqua gym and

wifi so poor, it was impossible to do any work, for long periods of the day couldn't even load an

hotel in a lovely part of torrox costa, we found a fab little beach bar within walking distance

was not secure, but when i mentioned this to the reception staff they connected me to the office wifi which was

a great stay, only thing was that the hot tub was more like a warm pool which was nice during the day but a

the gym is wonderful and the pottery and plants on display were beautiful

safe parking for motorcycles was available but outdoor

advert said parking garage but there isn't one but i was able to park the bike around the back (on gravel)

the gym, pool, and spa are not yet open.

at this price point, other considerations might include adding a spa and small gym

perhaps lacking a few amenities that are under construction such as pool, spa & gym, but very well compensated

only challenge was that there was no availability in the spa when i was there, but then that's my problem for
