the pool water was cold

booked this room in december to spend the night there for the kids to go swimming on april vacation

i like that the hotel is clean, smelled clean and breakfast was included

the breakfast that was prepared was a mix of hot and cold and tasty

late due to issues with my rental car and phone having us access, but i showed up at 9pm with 2 kids after they

most services were not available during our june 19-22 stay (yoga, spa)

allowed smoking in the hotel and we could smell in our room and all our stuff smells like

no hygiene products, i get not stocking the rooms too much, but atleast one bottle of shampoo and bar soap would

breakfast but there was a great diner in parking lot called cindys that i spent a lot of time looking for great

t have time to go to it, but it s nice that there s a diner right there adjacent to the parking lot

the convenience of the spa and them coming to the room.

the pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, however, the pool and spa were filthy

hotel features such as the spa, bar , gym, grotto were awesome

complimentary breakfast would have been nice

pet friendly. had treats for our dog and was very accommodating.

location, updated, pool, gym.

so convenient to everything and my kids loved being connected to the mall

hotel is *not* appropriate for travelers with pets: loud, large and confusing structure

we loved the restaurants had some delicious bar bites and great drinks

the gym was antiquated by today s standards.
