the pool water was cold

booked this room in december to spend the night there for the kids to go swimming on april vacation

i like that the hotel is clean, smelled clean and breakfast was included

the breakfast that was prepared was a mix of hot and cold and tasty

late due to issues with my rental car and phone having us access, but i showed up at 9pm with 2 kids after they

hallway was super loud after 11 with kids yelling and running

we couldn't access the bar because it was being used for a private function.

love how the essence of the bar lobby and outside looked i also loved how the hotel looked i just am very

loved the room service breakfast!

it would be helpful if there was laundry facilities as well as breakfast a little cheaper

the room was excellent and overlooked a gorgeous pool area

the gym was a small room with a bench and dumbbells

this worked great for us as we wanted to drink and didn t want to deal with driving or parking

was good and clean ,full kitchen and plates,pots and cups feel like u at home in your own kitchen ,bathroom

great price for a suite with a kitchen, very clean and comfortable!

the restaurant which is adjacent to the bar is casual, but the food was very good

took my kids for a mini getaway to beat the heat, they loved the pool, swam for 2 days non stop!

changing rooms for the gym and pool are not great

fridge that wasn't a mini bar also made our stay even better

was no room service or bar service available it bothered me since i didn't find out until check- in, and

see above re the guy manning the gym. check in was slow. coffee machine did not work.

wifi was great for working

via the commuter rail - literally a 7 minute walk (but ask the staff how to cut across adjoining parking lots

the pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, however, the pool and spa were filthy

the convenience of the spa and them coming to the room.

pool area was nice although some storms prevented use and gym more than adequate for a hotel

my kids had so much fun

we even received two kids bags at the front desk and my kids really enjoyed those

the property was at the convention center where we were attending a gymnastics competition.

most services were not available during our june 19-22 stay (yoga, spa)

diner on the other side of the parking lot made my entire stay

some rooms were not painted with an indoor pool for romance and fun

i liked how close the parking was to my room so i could monitor my vehicle

the rooms are clean, wifi is excellent, and the price is more reasonable than most other options in the providence
