they have a inside pool and spa that was wonderful

i had a spa room, and they provided towels only for the initial stay

we had a room with a spa tub but didn't get one

it was the only room i could find with a whirlpool/spa tub

the pool and spa were very clean and comfortable

hotel was very clean, easy to get to, had long pool/spa hours.

the spa jets weren't working.

the hot tub wasn t hot and the pool was super cold

pool and hot tub are still closed

rooms were outdated. wifi was not working.

was cold, spa didn t work properly, something outside window kept us up most all night banging against the

easy check in convenient parking

lots of kids at the hotel made quite a noise, but they all quiet down at around 8 pm.

booked room for 2 adults, 2 kids

excellent condition and cleanliness from parking lot to room

spa whirlpool was cold and no one assisted us in the operation of the sauna or steam room

also we came in for the weekend and the earliest we could use the spa services was the following wednesday

liked the ambiance, its quiet atmosphere, and the proximity of the room to the spa and in-house restaurants

the parking and location of the hotel near the freeway was a plus as well

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

breakfast was as good a continental as you would expect

variety of breakfast food items. different menu instead of same thing everyday

presumably from rose petals from a romantic encounter by a previous customer of the room

the breakfast was very good and this location will be my future choice of stay!

is a beautiful hotel-- the indoor pool and hot tub were a little too chilly, but everything else was great
