booked a superior double room, what we got was a former spa treatment room, the floor was dirty with dead insects

wifi almost useless, did mention this but to no avail

it felt a bit cold and lonely compared with the lovely bar area we had been sitting in

there was a nice bar and lounge area but it needed an atmosphere possibly even a tv to bring it alive

we loved the spa facilities and the surroundings were stunning

the spa facilities are quiet and very clean

we also used the spa facilities which were absolutely fantastic

leisure club and spa lovely, will definitely be be back soon

the spa the sauna and steam room are closed because of the virus - but pool good

the room was amazing, the spa was excelent, the setting of the hotel is so peaceful

excellent if you want to play golf and well placed for continuing north.

some, the location perhaps may be a bit remote and the bar is expensive but it is aimed at being a luxury break

we had spa treatments and it was such a good experienc, will definitely go back

i understand this is primarily a spa facility and this would be purely my own personal preference

easy to book and settle in quickly- had a ground floor room ideal for getting in and out with a pet

and warm excellent cost a location is quiet with the bar restaurant to add to the evenings

clean and great facilities - plenty of bar options and breakfast was great

couch bed was too small for my kids, i requested for a room with double beds but was told the property did not

not the hotels fault but kids constantly screaming in the rooms next door and banging against the walls

kids loved the gym room at the basement and there is a huge parking and place anytime

value for money - super clean and modern, pool/spa area is ideal, great for weekend break away

spa and the swimming pool were a so good experience after a day of walking and driving
