staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, the spa experience was amazing & spa staff was very helpful &

very clean, nice and quite, staff were really friendly and the spa was great

wifi, did not appear to reach my room, meaning that i could not facetime confidential discussions

value for money, comfy and clean and they accept pets

you were going passed loads of laundry to get up to your room

very comfortable. spa was excellent. everyone really friendly

the spa had a lot of treatments but was a little out of my price range.

the spa is also very nice and modern with high quality state-of-the-art treatments and reasonable

i understand this is primarily a spa facility and this would be purely my own personal preference

amazing hotel, comfy beds, nice staff and the pool/spa is perfect for a chilled morning.

is no spa it s not working and been broken for years which is a bit disappointing, there is no fridge

that i couldn t have a spa with my partner it was separate

to staff, and there were also no loungers beside the pool even though there was plenty of space to have them

the hotel does not provide room service but has a little market place you can buy salads,sandwiches,

breakfast was really good . hotel and room was very clean.

wifi connection seemed to have a virus on it

couch bed was too small for my kids, i requested for a room with double beds but was told the property did not

given a room where the air conditioning didn t work and had to move rooms at 2am with 2 young kids

rather noisy late at night with kids being a bit unruly

the room was amazing, the spa was excelent, the setting of the hotel is so peaceful

and adding the most fascinating golf course i have been playing

some, the location perhaps may be a bit remote and the bar is expensive but it is aimed at being a luxury break

but it is aimed at being a luxury break to get away from it all unless of course you are golfing

the staff looking after us for breakfast could not comply with a lot of our minor requests

booked a superior double room, what we got was a former spa treatment room, the floor was dirty with dead insects

there was a nice bar and lounge area but it needed an atmosphere possibly even a tv to bring it alive

the bar was lovely and the breakfast room was also nice

was clean friendly. great bar service. food at breakfast was delicious.
