my teenage daughter (17) was not allowed to use the pool area or spa services, even with a parent present

called down to the front desk, i had asked for a blanket and was told the laundry was closed

breakfast no laundry service could not do laundry there had to go to a laundromat the place was dirty bedspread

room smelt,and wifi was not assessible

i ordered room service and the food was timely and the staff very considerate

like the location and the opportunity to get an early check in & receive additional keys was definitely a

nothing they could do about it they eventually after me complaining about it gave me $30 towards room service

room service cut off at 10 pm - right when we got back to the room after the game

web site advertises 24 hour concierage and room service but when we arrived at 9 pm on a saturday night, room
