treated myself to a spa treatment on the friday, staff were so lovely, very pleasant, the treatment was great

we got when we arrived at kilgraney house, bryan was very nice and welcomed us to his home, safe parking, lovely

beautifully furnished and decorated. well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. lovely surroundings.

both were comfortable and had good amenities (tv, well stocked kitchen, nespresso machine)

inside, the guesthouse was very spacious, clean, with fully up-to-date kitchen and bathroom

thermal suite in the spa is amazing, the decor of the whole place is so lovely and natasha on the front desk

the spa was delightful and a perfect way to end a two week honeymoon

the spa experience as well were tremendously relaxing

i wasn t impressed that i would have to pay for spa . this should be included in the price

to get the keys in to it, our bathroom door had no handle on it which was dangerous if there were kids in the

we had a lovely 3 night stay. the only small problem was leaving the hotel to use the pool.

there is nothing to tell us not to park in the leisure centre and we had to pay high parking

parking was over the road with special overnight rate

room for kids.

i feel the spa rooms could be open on a weekend/bank holiday.

the 2 lovely ladies in the spa were lovely, we had a body scrub and aloe vera wrap

touches and well done the underground access to spa and pool ,the honey comb presentation at breakfast the

central location. spa was great. lovely hotel.

staff were exceptional from the check in to waitress to spa staff

was located on the 4th floor it was a big room and the staff wrote great the swimming pool and spa were delightful

did not use the spa due to the coronavirus outbreak , would love to have been there.

i didn't get to the spa this visit but will the next time, as the treatments sound very tempting
