kind staff, indoor pool

breakfast needed more substance

room could have been cleaner and the free hot breakfast was never ready at 6am like they said it would, plus

breakfast was disgusting

the pool was dirty!!

if you want to use the spa make a reservation in advance

artwork, spa and restaurant and it s staff, the hotel itself was very beautiful

the spa did not have enough massage therapists to accommodate us

i called guest services to request that housekeeping come during our spa appointment at 1 o clock

the room was beautiful, the drinks at the bar were good at the bartenders were nice too.

hate staying in a hotel that smells like animals, but you would never know that our room was for pet owners

could have been cleaner. also my gym shoes were stolen from room.

was told that i could order a light meal in the evening in the bar area only to be told by the bartender that

the women working the breakfast/coffee bar were very kind and efficient.

i didn't use the pool are but it appeared to be clean

pool area needs attention to furniture

the rooms, rates and breakfast during the week. staff was very nice and accommodating

room for the kids and i to move around comfortably

the pool was a great hit for the children and the bedding was wonderful

chlorination in pool.and spa was so.strong i couldn't stay anywhere in the area. horrible.
