we had easy access to the pool, which was nice

nice bistro, but would have liked a continental breakfast of some sort for the price.

the breakfast selection when you add it to your room is not good.

the pool was cold and the hot tub was warm.

the room service. we were pretty tired that evening when checking in.

could have been cleaner. also my gym shoes were stolen from room.

happy hour bar service, large rooms.

if you want to use the spa make a reservation in advance

artwork, spa and restaurant and it s staff, the hotel itself was very beautiful

i called guest services to request that housekeeping come during our spa appointment at 1 o clock

the spa did not have enough massage therapists to accommodate us

the bar and outside terrace are nice. people at desk and valet were friendly.

breakfast was good on the healthy side i went in to the gym that was cool i was able to check in really

hotel was quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool

room for the kids and i to move around comfortably

pool area needs attention to furniture

gave the kids places to walk to and the moms could shop

we booked a 2 queen room for myself, my husband and our 2 kids (ages 4, and 10)

room was fine, gym looked good but i didn't use it.

usable spa / pool in winter!!!!! yay! breakfast had cinnamon rolls delicious!

chlorination in pool.and spa was so.strong i couldn't stay anywhere in the area. horrible.

service was nice and comfortable and the pool and spa was fun and the breakfast was very good and nice

gym and pool out of order. outdated rooms. ( carpet, unit, coffee maker)

july 4th celebration was a blast!!! great food choices swimming pool and drinks were great!!

were many visible defects, chipping paint, visible water damage ceiling tiles (especially in the gym), inoperable

no laundry facilities on site

reservation showed two children, but i had to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa for kids bed

wonderful pet friendly room, staff was incredible, breakfast was awesome!

the spa was absolutely amazing, the room service was top notch, and the staff was absolutely

beautiful grounds and secluded location. spa was very enjoyable.
