decent wifi

needs a laundry facility/service of some kind. room service came too early for me (late riser).

earlier breakfast option on weekends would be good.

breakfast although supposedly included, was limited to only one option and it was just ok

no collection for laundry. breakfast was just in the bar and over priced.

sauna , gym and spa looks very old and uncomfortable

have been perfect if i could have booked a massage but spa under renovation and in room service was fully booked

clean, spacious

spa in lobby also excellent for manicure and blowout

gym, pool and sauna very helpful for a knee i had recently injured

didn't like that there was no spa services availableat the time

the hotel itself and the room was amazing, and the spa offered incredible massages

the spa was phenomenal

wish it had a hot tub. more spa availability

i enjoyed a prenatal massage in the spa as well and it was also excellent

the spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities

one small recommendation is to think about building a finish sauna in the large spa area.

the pool was fun and the facilities were clean

the cookies at reception were a wonderful surprise as the kids were so hungry after a long day

seven year old daughter loved the kid sized couch and the little bar fridge

i enjoyed the bar downstairs being open until 11 p

it was pet friendly, but it was quiet, you couldn't tell that pets were even there

unfortunately, there is no room service, and my online restaurant menu was different from my daughter's

from eaton centre, nice resturant around the corner in the same building , not to far from sick kids either

gym facilities were bigger than average for hotel gyms

we made 3 different attempts to the spa facility to try to use the pool on the 3rd floor & had our keys

also the spa associated with the sheraton is a total disaster

supplement for the restaurant on the top floor (ridiculously overpriced) spa wasn't working rooms are ok but

pool is awesome the gym is really good

kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool feature and the room service was prompt and the kid's menu was reasonably

wifi was pretty useless, and i needed to tether off my phone in order to work.

the staff was great. the place was clean. great wifi.

there is a bar across the building with loud music that kept me up until past midnight

while they have the same warm front desk hospitality and big rooms with kitchenette, i miss the complimentary

no pool but they have a hot tub and sauna in the gym

there wasn't any dinning options other than room service.

gym has enough equipment, just need to battle for the machines from time to time

gym was a disappointing. for the rate you charge.

gym was right above us and we were awakened early by dropping weights overhead

additionally, the pool and spa facilities were poorly maintained and poorly designed, making the experience

moreover, the service we received at the iridium spa and at louix louis was wonderful, i recommend the breakfast

we also spent the day at the spa ad it was perfect

like to see ice machine on each floor as well as vending machine for soda & juice steam room in spa would be

they were fast, attentive and amazing with our two kids ages 6 and 3

the spa is a lovely addition to the stay even without getting a treatment

i love the spa like atmosphere. it s very relaxing and the staff were friendly.

a uniquely decorated, spacious room with a comfy king sized bed and an oversized chair and ottoman to relax

also to have spa and gym only for women was a bit strange policy

the steam room, pool, and spa facilities were exceptional. staff is knowledgeable and attentive

both the restaurant and the gym were very cold. the ac is not needed when it is 19 deg c.

-front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed by the hockey tournament and the 50 + kids around so i understand but

snd complicated and very poorly labelled and explained and it was not a good situation with kids after a long

asked room service for a bottle of water one evening and there were none

fact the swimming pool was shut was a bit of a bummer for my son but it was only a minor

on the floor that business people were housed also pet owner was housed and the barking dog left in the room
